The administration of the League will be under the supervision of the Board of Directors elected by the General Membership. General Membership shall be comprised of those parents or guardians of eligible girls, Board members, committee members, managers, and approved coaches and these shall constitute the voting members of the League.
The Board meets on the 1st Thursday of every month.
The League Executive Committee is comprised of the elected Officers (President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) and “Member at Large” to be elected by the Board of Directors from within its own members.
